Working with Deep at Vizwoz.com was a tremendous pleasure.

My enduring memory of Deep is of someone who dealt competently and effectively with whatever situation was at hand. There were fundamental organisational changes happening whilst Deep was working in Business Operations and it's to his great credit that he let none of the upheaval stop him from performing his usual high standard of work.

Deep did an excellent job at Allegran heading up the Customer Services team and then moving on to Business Operations looking after a whole set of things: feedback, payments, refunds and so on. Deep always 'closed the loop' from what the users were telling him to the business and coding teams so that our sites were continuously improving. He has also become a dab hand at identifying SEO opportunities and analysing PPC campaigns!

I worked with Deep at Allegran. We worked together on many projects. I found him to be enthusiastic, capable and adaptable to comprehend the complexstructure of the market. He gave a 110% to his work every day. He is someone I enjoyed working with, generous and hard working.
