You 're a businessman/woman and you have to travel. I get that. All ambitious people have to do this from time to time, and usually, most of us that work in many countries/states, we are usually in hotels, rather than in our beautiful home.

Of course, all this is just plain stup*d.
It's classic human nature, not able to plan for the long-term and just trying to benefit in short-term basis.
I 've done it, you 've done it.
And the funny thing? It's not that these people get to be more productive in the short term either.
They get busy, by stuffing more things in their calendar, they don't monitor their calendar, and basically, they are actors of productivity.
They can't fathom that if you don't invest in your body you can NEVER reach your highest potential.
And that's because you disrespect your own software. DNA. And subsequently your own hardware. Body.
