I have 10 years experience working for Apple Inc. in various retail stores, and within their various work from home opportunities. I've love challenging myself, particularly with people's device issues.
Over the years I have come to realize that people, businesses, creatives, parents, and regular people like you and me use Apple Devices, so I have a lot of experience that I would love to be able to share with various types of people and temperaments.
I guarantee that my patience level is higher than anyone you will encounter at an Apple Store directly. What I have also realized is that the number one reason people are frustrated when issues occur with their devices is the same reason we all get upset over everything: The Unknown.
Worse still is getting a technician that doesn't know how to explain things in simple forms, but rather they will use tech jargon that isn't helpful at all, and leaves you even more confused.
My philosophy is, you should go into an appointment with a technician confused, and leave feeling empowered and given a solution. Although not every issue gets resolved on the first try, it is important to leave your first interaction with a game plan for next steps.
The biggest benefit you'll get with my technical advice is that you will get the quality of apple support, without needing to drive to an Apple Store and waste more time out of your day. Secondly, you will gain some secret tips that I have acquired over many years that is not a conventional approach to resolving your issues, but is still guaranteed to work perfectly.
