• Coached and mentored peer engineering teams in adoption of Agile methods by hosting weekly community of practice sessions, establishing formal training, and offering one-on-one coaching.
• Editor for Agile Methods Experience paper which won best paper at Motorola’s annual Software Engineering and System Symposium. Paper was subsequently published in IEEE.
• Established and chaired the Agile Methods track at Motorola’s Software Engineering Symposium. Track was rated the best out of 25 symposium tracks.
