Since 2016, Segal has been channeling that passion to his latest venture, Mad Radish, a new quick service restaurant offering mind blowing salads. Mad Radish was founded because Segal was tired of boring salads. From fad diets to “healthy” new ingredients, people seemed to be focusing on everything but flavour. At Mad Radish, he’s proving that good-for-you can taste amazing, too. In 2017, David was named one of Canada's Top 40 under 40.
