I worked under Darl's direction for over seven years, four of which I reported directly to him. Darl is a true leader and excels in his ability to motivate and grow his staff. He respects the abilities of his direct reports and empowers them to make decisions.

Darl has a strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, customer service, IT and general business principles. As the COO at Fairrington, he created a strong leadership team that worked in unison to advance the company forward making them the dominant player in the industry.
