Darlene Duggan worked as a trade commissioner for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Darlene Duggan has over 20 years experience in business planning, public relations and communications, sales and marketing, international trade relations and strategic initiatives. Darlene Duggan, President, graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. In 2001, she completed her certificate in International Trade from George Brown College of Applied Arts & Technology, Toronto, ON. Darlene has worked for the Maritime Life Assurance Company, Labatt Breweries of Canada, Industry Canada/The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Environment Canada and the Ballard Cohl Labatt Corp (Concert Productions International). Darlene has worked and continues to work with closely with EDC, CCC, Canada Customs & Revenue Agency, ACOA, CME, trade officers with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade Team Canada Atlantic and other provincial trade teams, US and British Consulates.
