Dans task was to see how to use the principles of Customer Development and Lean Startup, as written by Brant Cooper, Eric Ries, and Steve Blank, not for a startup, but an existing company. We wanted to develop a new service offering.
Dan did great work. He is very communicative and hard working person, open for new ideas and very creative. He's got an entrepreneurial mindset. I was very sad when his contract ended.
I can recommend Dan for any company working on new products, services or startups in general.

During our colaboration he always displayed a confident "can do" attiude. Dan is one of the few people I know-of which perform and deliver better when faced with a difficult task and a short deadline
Source: LinkedIn Alexandru Bold Apr 30, 2013Dan TOMA has been an outstanding student following my classes of "Strategic Management" and "Management of Services" at the Romanian American University of Bucharest, Faculty of Management&Marketing. During the period of his studies he has proved a positive attitude towards learning and an eagerness to apply that knowledge in his daily activity as an entrepreneur. He has been very interactive and displayed good interpersonal skills.
Important to notice are his good presentation/public speaking skills combined with his strong motivation and leadership spirit.
I strongly recommend him as an ambitious student and a future successful business man.
