On a related note, his product LemonStand is the easiest and most cost efficient e-commerce solution I've worked with. I did my do diligence before before buying a LemonStand license. I researched the ins and outs of hosted and self-hosted, proprietary vs open-source, e-commerce solutions, varied array of features each provider offered, etc.

I decided to give LemonStand a shot. The price point was right and the software easily covered my client's needs. However, once I started working with it, I was very impressed with, for a lack of a better term, "how grown up" the software was. The system is extremely powerful while maintaining simplicity. The after purchase service and general help was extremely valuable, prompt, friendly and spot on with their advice.
