I am a certified executive and leadership coach, and trainer for leadership skills. Before, I worked as a management consultant, interim manager and investment controller. After my graduation from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, I worked in finance, controlling and management consulting over 12 years, with projects like: driving, coordinating and consolidating the Strategy, Mid-Term-Planning as well as Controlling and Reporting of an Investment Portfolio (over 1.5 bn Euro), performing investment appraisals and coordination of financial and management reporting for investments as well as analysis of actual versus budget deviations, project manager for the Implementation of SAP CO, SAP PS and different BPI software from business side or project member/ adviser on the development, standardization and implementation of Project Management Workflow and Guidelines, where the result was used as the new international standard within the group, building a full working strategically crucial department from zero, conducting a market research and analysis for executive and board level income standards for 5 different Romanian state owned companies in the energy sector, and other.
I decided to change my focus on working with people. Instead of making systems, processes and strategies more efficient, restructure or reorganize them, I evolved into being a trainer and executive coach to facilitate the development and improvement of people. For the last 5 years, I designed and implemented coaching and training workshops for leadership skills (innovation, coaching, communication, entrepreneurship, sales, assessments) in industries as FMCG, electronics, energy, pharmaceuticals, etc. in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. After my certification as an executive and leadership coach at the Center for Executive Coaching, Florida, USA, I focus on one-on-one, group and team coaching, using all my experience and know-how to facilitate and support my clients with the necessary context and instruments to find their best solutions for their objectives.
