I've been directly involved in new business development at multiple small to medium sized business that were aiming to rapidly grow their turnover internationally but lacked the processes and vision to achieve this. I've closely assisted in taking these companies from being local to global by developing simple yet powerful strategies that allowed them to find the right customers and also the right distribution partners worldwide.
