I've worked in a sales environment for almost a decade and have learned much about what it takes to develop a highly performing sales department that can consistently outperform competitors and help grow the company's revenue and market presence.
Achieving this involves getting it right both internally in the way the company operates as well as externally in the way it interacts with customers and handles different types of requests.
My experience has been diverse and involved working with businesses from all over the world, ranging from the smallest artisans to the most well known multinationals.
For these reasons I'd be more than happy to give advice on my experience in a technical sales environment to anyone who's interested.
