I was an early employee at Etsy – integral to the growth, support and education of Etsy's creative entrepreneurs, a community I grew from from a few thousand to one million.

In my last position at BarkBox, I built the award winning 'BarkHappy' customer service team and the innovative social good team. I launched an iOS app that quickly went viral, and ran a affiliate fundraising program that was the second biggest driver of revenue behind Facebook (but a much lower CPA).
