I have worked at Google, Amazon as a learning designer. Most recently I was VP of Operations at Hack Reactor, a coding bootcamp that graduates more software engineers than UC Berkeley, Caltech, and Stanford combined.
It was an excellent call, I learned a lot, especially about massive online education programs: structure, systems, packaging, sales funnel, filtering and lifehacks. Thank you very much!
Danny and I worked together on delivering online training solutions for Amazon’s third-party sellers. In the process of taking on this new initiative, I saw firsthand how dedicated Danny is to producing results amidst ambiguity. Danny helped us identify and then test multiple hypotheses regarding which forms of training would drive the greatest benefits for our sellers. He brought tremendous energy every day to advancing the program by continuously seeking out the most customer-centric solution to the problem at hand, and then immediately taking actions to begin delivering it. Danny’s standards for delivering value to his customers are high, but he is very collaborative with his partners and understands that compromise is sometimes needed for the greater good. I would happily work with Danny again!
It is always an enjoyable experience working with Danny. He is an excellent leader and communicator who keeps bringing creative ideas to the team and manages to deliver results. Danny is both a great listener and mentor to his teammates. He is always open to explore new technologies, and he is a super fast learner! I would never regret to have worked with such creative talent!
Daniel was one of the most creative and talented individuals at Pine Crest. He was very smart and an outstanding pianist. In addition, his enthusiasm and charismatic personality made him well-loved by his peers.
Here is what makes Daniel a rock star - he is wicked smart, he thinks in novel ways, he has an impeccable disposition that makes working with him easy and fun, he doesn't flinch when confronted with an audacious idea, and he always seems to be two steps ahead in thinking about where to take a product/idea!
