I have a very particular set of skills.

Helping Software & Service Founders Scale their Business from Initial Traction to Initial Scale ($10M ARR) by Developing their Sales Ability.

I have led multiple companies sales growth from Traction to Scale.

Grew sales 850% in 2 years from $200k to $1.9M taking a small Japanese software company from unranked to 2nd in marketshare in New Zealand.

With that came a “promotion” of turning around the Australian business unit that was experiencing negative revenue growth.

In less than 24 months we increased sales 305% from $4.2M to $17M. I created an entirely new go-to-market strategy, channel engagement plan, and recruited a brilliant team of sales & marketing professionals that reversed negative growth and moved us from fourth position to market leadership.

I am currently spear-heading North American growth (& directing global Enterprise strategy) for Ground Labs. Our goal is 1000% Growth in 2.5 years... and the smart money is on the team pulling it off.

Focusing first on "leveling up" the current sales skills & techniques while developing the behaviors, attitude, & techniques of sales champions. Then creating the strategic sales approach (process, methods, tactics,) the market requires.
