Customer engagement or client-first focus is the passkey to business growth profitability. I've been a business coach showing enterprises how to connect with and make customers happy since the late 1990s starting on AOL and sites like Clarity. I wrote a series of blog posts called, "It's the Service After the Sale," and used the internet to make it go global and get published in seven languages.

From 2010-2012, I was a business coach for a national nonprofit helping clients write robust business plans and launch their web presence focusing on customer engagement. My work got featured at two annual awards dinners for the organization, and I appeared on television and radio for my work. My passion is seeing small businesses thrive by connecting with their ideal clients.
