I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cynthia during the 18 months or so that she served as our executive coach. Our experience with Cynthia was awesome. She was very thoughful, insightful, organized, incredibly easy to get to know and to work with, and overall just a wonderful breath of fresh air. I have known Cynthia for 30 years and I'm still impressed by her savvy business knowledge, work ethic and positive approach to her personal and business life. In June of 2012 I finished up my Masters Certificate and was fully loaded to meet the next chapter in my career, the only problem was I had very few people skills related to how to get all that book learning into actions that worked on the street level.
