Leading by Example and Building the Next Generation of Leaders

I have spent the past 6 years as an active volunteer, chairman for events and local leader for the Boy Scouts of America. I have worked with organizations & individuals to educate, demonstrate, guide and enable other adults in becoming leaders. Through hands-on, classroom and group meetings, webex and other medium's teaching best practices, sharing success stories and program planning.
