Ever since my first job delivering newspapers as a kid, I've been a lifelong entrepreneur, coffee addict, and adventure capitalist.
In 1998 I set a goal to acquire ten properties in ten years. After hitting the goal in 8 years, decided real estate was fun and offered the perfect hedge to the zigs and zags of the stock market. Today, I continue to buy at least one property a year as part of my "Ten to a Million Philosophy."
Like I said, after ten properties, decided it was too fun to quit!
I offer spot coaching to anyone interested in buying and holding residential real estate to diversify from the stock market. I also show people how real estate can possibly retire them before age 50.
My niche is small- multi-family rentals ranging from 2 to 25 units.
Keep this in mind if you are looking to book a call since I can't help you in the other areas of real estate investing.
If you are stuck or looking to grow your portfolio, I will show you how to buy right, finance right, and manage right. These are the 3 most important aspects of real estate investing.
