I can provide detailed knowledge and first hand experience from a founder's and business owner's perspective of patents, trademarks, licensing deals, royalties, innovative joint IP development contracts, and the multi-year process you can expect and budget for. I am not an attorney so will not provide legal advice. I wish someone other than an attorney would have given me straight shooting easy to understand business advice regarding what to expect years ago when I filed my first Patent and signed my first licensing deal. I can also give some general ideas of best practices from a business strategy standpoint when it comes to IP and proprietary ideas.
