We used Claus and his company to help integrate an expert based rules engine into our support offering. It worked out tremendously. We were able to provide a level of customer support beyond our previous capabilities at a lower cost. With the success we had, we expanded our program to include more products.

Claus is one of the pioneers in the commercialization of AI technology in the North Jutland ICT cluster.
