Been in Business for the past 25 years , 8 years in our Family owned manufacturing company, with over 3000 lovely and hard working Employees . covering all departments there... from accounts to shipping to managing one of the factories of over 500 workers... this laid the ground to start my own business in the Catering indusrty... were i owned and ran 17 restaurants ... having more than 7 running at the same time...all sizes from a 50 cover one up to 300 covers... from lebanese concepts to spanish cuisine, steakhouses, pasta places and Pizzeria's....
apart from this, and the part i love most of my life journey is that i am a spirtual student , where i practice and study spirituality several hours a day.....
well this is past and present... livng fully in the now with full faith for wonderful tomorrow 🙂
