Clair was a senior manager on my staff for several years here at Microsoft - leading multi-year mission critical projects with more than a dozen key partners, rebuilding internal relationships, optimizing processes, clearing roadblocks and actively growing her teams skills and capabilities. Clair just flat-out gets results and in a way that forges real investment from partners, contributors and peers.

While I could go on and on about Clair's mad crazy skills - I would sum up how I feel about Clair with this: She's so good, I would work for her any day of the week.

While Clair certainly has strong skills and experience in developing and delivering valuable projects, her "special sauce" is her exceptional ability to obtain enthusiastic support from partners, stakeholders, and individual contributors. She always seems to align people with the right role on the most necessary aspects of a project or program, and therefore usually achieves fantastic results.

Clair is a people-oriented manager with great team leadership skills. She has deep critical thinking skills and is a wonderful management partner. I look forward to working with Clair in our current roles and in the future.

I worked with Clair in the SMSG Readiness learning organization at Microsoft and know her to be resourceful, intelligent and dedicated to her customer's needs. Clair is respectful of differences and great at creating agreement and progress during challenging situations. Clair is a fun and supportive teammate and I can only hope to get to work with her again in the future.

Clair has been extremely organized and professional in all of our interactions. She and I meet on a weekly basis via the SMSGR weekly phone conference and she is never at a loss for answers. I am looking forward to working with her more this year and hope to work with her well into the future!
