I Will Give You Advice on Productivity Using Cloud Based Applications.

"We are a productivity research company. We've found that just about every single manager we've talked to wants the same thing.... they want to get rid of the unpleasant, humbug, low level things that fill their life. These things suck up a lot of their time, and cause a lot of stress.
These are the things that studies say people hate the most; Things like mail, invoices, notices, phone calls, filing, cleaning out the email box. These are the most boring, menial tasks that take up a lot of time.
Since Managers have to take care of the critical things right away--- you know, the unhappy customer, the supplier who can't deliver, the employee who doesn't show up--- the menial things get put on the side and sometimes forgotten. They are actually important, but they just can't compete with an emergency. We only realize How important they when you lose control over them, and they cause a huge problem.
Let me tell you about one of our clients- he came to us because he felt that he was going to have to close his company and work for someone else -- all because of his paperwork problem! I asked him to bring is papers in, and he showed up with two large buckets! -- the kind that paint comes in -- jammed full of papers. that was his filing system.
We sorted things out for him, filed his taxes - he had to pay a lot in back taxes and penalties, but he was free from tension and worry for the first time in many years . He had a thriving business, good cash flow, but just lost control of the menial stuff, and it very nearly ruined him.
This is what we did: We took control of all his paperwork including his mail, we put all his information on digital files in a digital file cabinet, that can never be damaged or lost, installed and ran his payroll system, and set up his budget and accounting system, accounts payable, and receivables. This left him free to pursue more business, what he is really good at.
Like many managers or owners he is really good at what he does, but was drowning in paperwork, constantly looking for things, didn't know how important some of these things were, late in paying bills. Today, he's so happy -- he no longer has the feeling that somewhere there is a ticking time bomb.
