I've utilised customer discovery and development methodology to undertake hundreds of customer interviews as a product manager and founder. This qualitative research has involved exploration of customer journeys, problems, solution appetite and propensity to pay with experience spanning consumer, B2B, marketplace and enterprise.

I also lead the Product Management course at Academy Xi in Sydney where I teach product managers and founders customer discovery/development techniques including audience identification, interviewing and research synthesis.
