I have more than thirteen years of experience as an LMS administrator, client services manager, and consultant. During this time I have repetitively performed such tasks such as LMS set-up, maintenance, migration, troubleshooting and training. I have used a wide variety of platforms including Moodle, Cornerstone OnDemand, Topyx, Litmos, Expertus, and others. I can assist you with techniques for creating an RFP, vetting vendors, and selecting a platform. I can also provide guidance on creating implementation tasks, timelines, and data migration plans, writing scripts for (and conducting) UAT, developing platform governance policies and procedures, and writing LMS administrator job descriptions and desktop user manuals.
