Between reading and participating in the public discussions, and my first-hand experiences testing and failing and optimizing and failing some more and finding the right tools for the right jobs with my own apps and portfolio - a primary focus for improving my apps has been around maxing out monetization efforts without messing up user experience (and sometimes even adding to it)! I can help work through which ads, where, when, how to serve, which in-apps, where, and tools for increasing retention rates as well.
