App Concept When You Don't Know How to Start

I have found in 25 years of working with new idea companies, they have a big vision of critical mass outcomes but never seem to visualize the first steps in getting there. Early design and strategy creates critical mass, I am really good at starting with vague ideas and moving them into actionable executions.
