As the first Chief Automation Officer in the industry, I founded the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) at dentsu, the fifth largest Agency Holding Company with more than 65,000 professionals in over 145 countries. Established the vision, strategy, team, partnerships, and multi-year plan for hyperautomation. The CoE envisions, develops and deploys highly effective and innovative intelligent automation solutions and AI-powered virtual assistants (using ML, NLP, IPA, RPA, OCR), augmenting employee experience, enhancing customer service, and boosting efficiency and effectiveness across the business in ways that wasn't possible before.

Chairing dentsu's 200+ member Global Automation organization that is on a mission to "Elevate Human Potential" using AI-powered solutions to improve business results and create the never before value for clients. Deployed 300+ software robots saving 500K+ hours of annual human capacity.
