Who is Clarity?
We're a small technology company based in San Francisco, CA that built a service that lets anyone give and get great advice over the phone. We were founded in Jan, 2012.
Why are you charging me?
This is likely due to a paid call that you had with one of our advisors.
Doesn’t ring a bell?
If the website name doesn't ring a bell, you may want to ask around the office. We've found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company uses our service.
Can I get an invoice for the charges?
Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. You can also log into your account www.clarity.fm, click the Settings tab, and you’ll see a list of all the charges we've made.
How do I cancel my account?
Just log into your account, click the “Settings” tab, and click the Edit Settings link. Once you’ve deleted your account you're information will be removed from our service, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.
Can I get a refund?
Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again.
