I'm a believer in authenticity and living with purpose. The way I see it, deep inside we all look for an added sense of meaning to our lives and, likewise, most of us can appreciate and value the way a genuine smile makes us feel. Guests, employees and business owners - we all just really hope for true connections, and that's the beauty of our trade: we have the fantastic opportunity to inspire our teams, providing memorable experiences to our clients so that results will naturally follow. I side with like-minded leaders to prove it is possible to combine a human and fowardthinking approach to a results-oriented attitude, reaching outstanding outcomes by making strategic low-cost/high-impact management solutions available to businesses of all sizes. As for my professional background, I'm graduated in Tourism at USP, considered the best university in Latin America, with an MBA in Business Management, and have developed a successful career in hospitality, project and office management over the past 15 years. My trajectory includes 9 years at the prestigious Fasano Group in Brazil - most recently as General Manager to their countryside Hotel, member of The Leading Hotels of the World - as well as Walt Disney World, Accor and other inspiring companies like Picinguaba and Catucaba. Today, I'm also a Parter at SmartPA, leading experts within the administrative sector, as a mean to deliver the very best in back office support with highly eficient solutions so that my clients can focus on what makes their business unique while we take care of the rest.
