Do you suffer from low back pain?
Does your back feel achy from sitting for too long?
Have you ever felt an excruciating pain in the back?
I am a Chiropractor and I have had experience in treating people (teenager to elderly patients) with low back pain.
I aim to help those in pain and improve their quality of life.
Through the phone call we will:
- Have a discussion about your pain and medical history (to eliminate any serious pathology such as tumor or slipped disc)
- Go through detailed, safe exercise regime
- Discuss the appropriate long term plan of management for low back pain (or pain anywhere else)
What does the research says?
Research has shown that staying active is the most important way you can help yourself if you have back pain. Keeping the muscles around the spine strong, will provide more support to the bones and joints and take pressure off them. The more you move, the more the back will keep its natural range of movement.
If you stop being active for a long time, the muscles in your back become weak and you become less fit, and this can make your back pain worse. Not moving can make your back more stiff and painful.
Don't wait, call now, prioritize and take charge of your health.
