In 2017 I lost 70 lbs of fat and stripped down to 7% body fat to reveal what I always wanted - a six pack. I did this all whilst I was 39. I maintain my physique to this day by following my three simple Steps - The 3 Ms. They are Mindset, Meals and Movement.
I've been on National TV, radio and also on many online news websites. I was also featured in MyfitnessPal for my weight loss success story. Since all this I've helped thousands of people all over the world shed the pounds to become the best version of themselves.
