The purpose of this session is to articulate, explore, process, and release stuck emotions to take you to a free space. Because here's the thing: you aren't going to create anything good when you're operating from a fear-driven state. The objective of us convening is to take you deep INTO the fear to free you from it.

By working through this with a coach, you'll have the opportunity to go deeper into your fear than you would alone – and you'll be able to presence it to someone else. Consider me your emotional sherpa.

Plan to use your imagination here – we're taking a guided tour of your inner world. Buckle up, buttercup! I think you'll dig this.

Guided Imagining | Coaching

Oh HELL YEAH, DAWGS! We're going on a guided tour of your subconscious. The three crowd favorites are:

- Future Self
- Higher Self (Captain)
- Career Future*

If you're in a place where you could use fast access to your intuition (wise self, authentic voice, inner wisdom, etc.)... I beseech you. TRY this. Like, yesterday. It's consistently the most profound work I do with my clients.

We're bypassing your conscious mind to uncover a visioned identity you haven't created yet. My favorite part about doing this work is that it's so........... honest. After the session, you'll have a customized "WWJD?" model to use in times of worry. Rather than casting your worries to our homie Jésus, you can answer your own quandaries by posing them to your Future Self or Higher Self (aka Captain). The Career Future has an asterisk next to it because I typically reserve this visualization for my regular clients. It's a beautiful way to close a longer coaching partnership.
