My main area of expertise is acquisitions of Internet-based businesses in the range of $50,000 - $1,000,000 and the valuation of such businesses. Being an industry veteran and someone who has experience both as an investor, a broker and a consultant, I often take on private consulting and coaching clients to either assist them with their one-off acquisitions or provide overall coaching and knowledge.
