Intentional Design | Change Accidental Team Patterns Into Optimized Processes.
Created 6 years ago in Skills & Management / Productivity

Intentional Design | We all have processes, intentional or accidental (meaning they became a process by default--path of least resistance). I help people design *intentional* processes.
In other words, we'll discover the reason/objective for your process, map it out, dig for inefficiencies, and help you restructure for more efficient results. We'll use my SPD-T method (Systems, Processes, Data, all founded on Tools). If you don't plan your processes intentionally, they happen accidentally. This wastes time and money and frustrates teammembers.
Let me give you an example:
I worked for a company that allowed each employee to track their leads using their own spreadsheets (even though we had powerful customer-tracking software where we should have been collectively logging all the data). So, what happened? We lost two high-value prospects when they called and yelled at us and told us they were no longer interested in working with us because we appeared to be so disorganized. One of our teammembers was logging data in the customer-tracking software and the other was using a spreadsheet. So, neither was aware of the prospecting efforts already happening with that potential client. It resulted in strained relationships, *hours* of problem-solving phone calls, and lost revenue. Moral of the story: You and your team need intentionally-designed processes that are clear, easy to follow, and effective.

I have worked with Bryan before with other business ideas, and both times he has taken the time to understand exactly what I am wanting and what my intentions are, and has walked me through step by step for a proposed plan of action. He is upfront and honest, and will lead you in the right direction!
