Mr. Everitt was very approachable as a finance professor in Wilfrid Laurier's SBE and I really enjoyed his clear explanations of some of the more complex financial concepts that were introduced in class. Bruce was a great instructor who was able to provide real world examples so students could draw comparisons and better understand course material.

I recently worked with Bruce on a business strategy that required his expertise. Bruce brought his expertise of business valuation, risk management, and financial management as a consultant. Bruce quickly understood what was needed. In doing so, Bruce effectively delivered possible solutions that would enable me to present to a board. I look forward to working with Bruce on the next opportunity.

Bruce is an effective credit risk manager who set up the middle office function to oversee credit risk for our trading portfolio and then further expanded the function to encompass the ceded reinsurance counterparty credit risk, the trade credit reinsurance credit risk and all other credit risk at RBC Insurance. He showed his ability to manage change and create a new function from scratch.
