Customer feedback is key to developing a product or service. One of the keys is to balance customer feedback with your strategy and vision. I can coach you on how and when to ask for feedback and what to do with the feedback you receive. Getting individual feedback has been integral to developing my startup Inked Voices, from the ideation stage to beta to launch and today. In my former corporate role, I was in charge of customer satisfaction assessments and did market research interviews for new services. I also have formal marketing training through my MBA at the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree from UVA's McIntire School or Commerce.
