Being a founder is no joke. And there's no single playbook for how to do it. I've done it multiple times, founding multiple successful companies — along with some that were not so successful. I'll share my best founder advice that I've gained from years of company building from the ground up, along with hard-earned lessons learned throughout entrepreneurial career.
