Founder of Renters Warehouse, one of the largest and most awarded property management companies in the USA. Now Chairman of the Board, Brenton retired as CEO in early 2014 at the age of 28. Brenton is a graduate of MIT and Harvard Business School and a licensed Real Estate Agent that oversaw and has handled over $2.5 Billion dollars worth of residential leases and sales.
In 2013, Brenton acquired RentFeeder, a property management software, to be used exclusively by the Renters Warehouse team. Following this acquisition, Brenton and his team were awarded the Eureka award for innovation by the Business Journals, and the Business Innovation of the Year 2014 award by the American Business Awards.
In early 2014, Brenton also launched his newest venture, RW Realty, offering professional real estate services for those looking to buy, sell or rent real estate through smart negotiations and modern technology and marketing.
Brenton is the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year recipient in 2014 and was named Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards in 2013 and 2014. Renters Warehouse are four time honorees of the prestigious Inc. 500|5000 awards, as well as a number of additional awards for workplace excellence and business innovation.
Passionate about investing in early-stage startups, Brenton is an investor in 15Five and Onside Sports. He is also on the Board of Advisors for the Twin Cities Film Festival.
