Bradford is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer specialized in Wireless Telecommunications and Network Analytics. Bradford received his M.Eng from McGill University and B.Eng. from Ryerson University in Canada where his areas of research were machine learning applied to the physical layer of telecommunication systems. Bradford started his career as an embedded software developer focused on bandwidth optimization techniques then transitioned to management leading teams providing cellular access to remote areas and fixed-wireless services in rural areas as a WISP. Brad then transitioned to working with MNOs leading RF Engineering and Network Analytics teams at Bell and TELUS. Interleaved with this, Brad built a consultancy focused on solving large scale devops and infrastructure problems related to network orchestration, machine learning, and augmented reality. Since 2018, Bradford has led the R&D and Product teams at Redline Communications as Vice President of Engineering.
