As an investor, former executive, startup founder and CEO of many companies coupled with the later mentoring of many startups and early stage companies, the development of solid, investable business plans and pitch decks are crucial and I co-authored the Business Plan Guide which became the standard for business plan development in New York State.

I was also the Managing Director of a incubator and assisted many companies become "capital ready" and prepared to present to investors.

I have mentored least 15 and approximately 9 startups that have received funding from either angels or VCs. This also included raising funding for my own startup which raised $5 million in two rounds and this company was a SaaS.
