There are many words you can associate with Bob. Passionate, empathetic, charismatic, charitable, honest, clarity, open minded to name a few. I think one of his favourite words would be a true entrepreneur, and connected to his community and his roots.

Bob works hard to ensure that he is fair, understands the problems and issues that surround him, his community and his business practices. He believes strongly in hiring and working with people who he deems will bring more wisdom and ideas to his. He isn't afraid to hear someone out, and if the idea is reasonable to give it a try.

I am extremely pleased to not only recommend Bob in any endeavour he decides to take on, but also as a friend. Bob and I have done business together, and worked on personal projects. His passion is always apparent, and achieving greatness is always top of mind.
