Introducing new technology can be painful.
What matters, what doesn't and where to begin can be overwhelming. And if you have tried to introduce new technology, you know how much resistance can accompany the change. Then there's the expense.
Since operators often speak a completely different language than IT people, meetings break down, or worse, you end up with something other than what you wanted or a very unhappy team. And more times than not, the introduction of a technology plan lacks an overall strategy that is cohesive and actionable.
My job is to take away the stress around any technology project by first deeply listening to you and your unique business challenges. From there, I help you devise and implement a plan that actually works. It all begins with a simple conversation.
