Call me to talk about

UX, Product Design Strategy and Creative Leadership

I've been a UX and product design leader for 15 years, working as a Creative Director, Design Lead, Head of Training and fractional consultant across startups, agencies and scale-ups in Berlin, New York and Tel Aviv.

I can help you with portfolio and career direction as a designer, breaking into or levelling up in UX and product design, navigating the move from individual contributor to design lead, working through a specific design or product challenge, and understanding what senior creative leadership actually looks like in practice.

I've trained hundreds of designers and I know what separates the ones who grow fast from the ones who stay stuck.

Navigating Leadership Transitions and Career Pivots

I've spent 15 years moving between roles, industries and identities: designer, director, head of training, founder, coach. I know what it feels like to be between versions of yourself professionally, and I know how to move through it with clarity rather than panic.

In our call you'll get honest, structured thinking on where you actually are, what's driving your confusion or stuckness, and what the next real move looks like, not the comfortable one, the right one.

I work with designers and product people stepping into leadership, senior professionals navigating a major pivot, and founders trying to build something while staying sane.

Building a Venture, Platform or Practice From Scratch

I'm a x3 founder, currently building Leadershift.club - a leadership development platform for senior leaders and founders in product and tech. Before that I co-founded OMA A.R Agency, and Borderless.ai, and I've consulted with dozens of founders and early-stage teams navigating the messy early stages of building something.

I'm not a Silicon Valley VC story. I'm a Cross-continental & European builder who knows what it takes to move from idea to structure, from structure to first clients, from first clients to something that sustains itself - with limited resources, no safety net and a lot of competing priorities.

If you are building a practice, platform, creative business or consulting offer and you need someone who has been in that exact discomfort and come out with clarity, that's what I offer.
