Founder at Moolango. Fulbright Fellow to Mexico (worked at an awesome airline called Volaris). Ohio State Buckeye. Event Organizer of @APTEsummit. Worked for Ashoka.
Bill is one of those truly incredible individuals that I have no doubt is going to do huge things throughout his career.
He has boundless energy and enthusiasm. He is charismatic. He is a natural leader.
When he worked in my group at the Dept. of Development as an intern, I would have hired him in an instant if I could have. He and his co-intern, Alyssa, did incredible things to support the businesses of Ohio and promote the programs and services of the Food Export Association of the Midwest.
I recommend him highly. If you're considering him for a position, hire him!
Bill is a rockstar! Not sure if I've met anyone else who is as enthusiastic, professional, or positive as a leader for whatever project he is on. I had the privilege of learning from him in the beginning of my entrepreneurial career as a part of a team he led to create the Alleviating Poverty Through Entrepreneurship Summit, which is the most impressive student run event i've ever seen ( rivals a professional TED Summit ). Even though he's been in Mexico I have made sure to keep tabs on what he's up to, as its always inspirational.
He is creative, adaptable, and an insanely quick learner. I would want him an any role of my business, knowing that he would always deliver above and beyond what he was asked to do.
Bill worked for me during the summer of 2010. Literally from day one, he demonstrated remarkable initiative, energy, and resourcefulness. He did excellent work with web design and a complex research project -- and he produced the definitive how-to guide for the interns who followed him.
It’s hard for me to say enough good things about Bill Babeaux. Over our year of planning for APTE, Bill was the go-to leader. He epitomized what a team leader should be by not only getting things done himself, but empowering individual members of our group to succeed as well. His constant optimistic attitude, passion, leadership skills and incredibly strong work ethic were instrumental to make APTE 2011 happen. Bill was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him.
Bill is a rockstar with strong business acumen and a commitment to creating social change through entrepreneurship. You will be impressed by his creativity, work ethic, and project management skills. I'm excited to see what he and his team will accomplish with the 2011 Alleviating Poverty Through Entrepreneurship Summit and in creating social entrepreneurial channels of action for students at Ohio State University. Bill is someone you would be lucky to have on your team!
Bill has a refreshing, gung-ho attitude about every project that he takes on. He's a quick learner, very optimistic and brings new ideas to the table, which included the concept for an excellent marketing video that he and the other interns produced together. He was also extremely helpful in building up the News & Knowledge's web presence and in documenting the freedom and censorship issues Ashoka fellows in this area face around the world.
