Ben is my favorite variety of IT guy. He's not only incredibly knowledgeable about a huge array of technology and well informed about future facing advances you didn't even know existed, but he has a palpable passion for technology and continually improving the effectiveness of its use within your organization. He never stops at just keeping things running and providing first class support to his colleagues. He's always looking for better solutions that can deliver tangible business results. And the best part - he does it with a great sense of humor and humility.
