Business Development - Growing Customer Base and Increasing Employee Engagement

I relocated my family from Kansas City to Seattle to launch a new location for DH Pace in a market where we had no prior presence or name recognition. In two years we have grown to 18 employees and over $3m in annual sales (in an industry where the average transaction is $2000).
I enjoy what I do and I enjoy coaching and helping others succeed. I have 10+ years of experience, and most recently, the experience of launching a successful start-up, to share. I went from our corporate headquarters and being part of an established operation to a location that was 100% cold call start-up growth.
