I have worked with small business for over 15 years, developing strategies to streamline workflows and employee engagement to renew focus on why we started the business in the first place. Being part of a small group of people dedicated to making things work can be the best environment for learning and growth, or it can destroy an amazing idea. I have been privileged to work with many different organizations some successful some not. I enjoy connecting one on one with entrepreneurs to work through problems and strategize about what will bring their vision to life. If it was easy everyone would be doing it.

I now know my idea is not as original as I thought, but It's comforting to know i'll be in competion with other businesses. So now I unfortunatley and FORTUNATELY have to go back to the drawing board. My strategy and unique but PROVEN model has been validated by others. So maybe I can be the burger king, in a sea of McDonald's businesses. That's ok too. Thanks Ben!

He gave me an overview of what software different sized hotels use, and use cases for how they might use facebook. He also gave me some great ideas on other industries to look at. Highly recommended!
