Creating a Venture Studio/Internal R&D Department

It's a lot harder than you think, but it's not impossible. Like anything, it requires a lot of discipline and a tight strategy and structure if you want to use you clients as angel investors to fund your own product. I can show you how I did it. I acquired a gaming studio in 2017 and ran a venture studio that churned out 25 games and apps while also running a 100-person agency.
A venture studio can allow you to scale your products and ideas far beyond what an agency can scale. As we know, agencies don't usually scale linearly.
